I recently purchased some graphite products from a company that shall remain unnamed, and I must say I was not impressed. The quality was subpar and the customer service was lacking. However, I then decided to try out Superior graphite products and I am so glad I did. The difference in quality is night and day. The graphite is smooth and the customer service is top-notch. I will definitely be a repeat customer of Superior graphite.
