I recently worked with a property management company for my rental properties. The experience was average. The website design was user-friendly, and I could easily navigate through it. However, I found the staff to lack knowledge and responsiveness. It took multiple follow-ups to get a satisfactory response. The rental properties offered were decent but not exceptional. Overall, I would consider exploring other options.
