I have been a customer of Engro fertilizers limited for several years now, and I must say that their service has been consistently average. Although their products are of good quality, the overall experience could be improved. There have been instances where the deliveries were delayed without any prior notification. The customer support team was helpful in resolving the issues, but such instances should be minimal. I hope they work on improving their service in the future.
