I recently had the opportunity to engage with The tkm institute and I must say that I had a very average experience. The customer service was just okay, and I found the staff to be friendly but not overly helpful. The facilities were decent, but nothing to write home about. Overall, my experience was not bad, but it was definitely not great either.
