As a CUSTOMER, I had an average experience with Teen Challenge Pacific Northwest. The organization has some areas that could be improved upon, but overall, it was a satisfactory experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they provided the support and guidance that I needed. However, there were times when communication could have been better, and I felt a bit confused about certain aspects of the program. Nonetheless, I appreciate the positive impact that Teen Challenge has had on many people's lives.
