I have been a customer of Kioto Photovoltaics GmbH for a while now, and I must say that my experience has been average. While their products are of good quality, their customer service needs improvement. They were slow in responding to my queries and it took quite some time for my issues to be resolved. Overall, satisfactory but not outstanding.
