I have been a customer of Novation iQ for over a year now and I must say, their services are average. The website is easy to navigate and the prices are competitive. However, I have had a few issues with their customer support. They sometimes take too long to respond to queries and the solutions provided are not always satisfactory. Overall, I would rate Novation iQ as an average company.
