I've been practicing yoga for a while now and stumbled upon Yogaviva's website. I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. The classes are fantastic, with a good balance of challenge and relaxation. The instructors are very professional and provide clear instructions. The pricing is reasonable and there are various packages to choose from. I definitely feel more centered and energized after each class. Highly recommended!
