As a longstanding customer of a popular bank in Moscow, I recently switched to the Regional Bank for Development. The decision was driven by their competitive interest rates and attractive loan options. So far, I have been quite satisfied with their services. The customer support is responsive, and I haven't encountered any major issues. The only suggestion I would have is to improve their mobile banking app, as it lacks some essential features. All in all, a great banking experience!
