I had a pretty average experience with Ingenix. The website was easy to navigate and the information was clear. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries and the representatives didn't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected better.
