I had a mixed experience with Hoteldekho.com. While the website is user-friendly and the rates are competitive, the customer support team was not very helpful. They took a long time to respond to my queries and didn't provide satisfactory solutions. The hotel I booked through Hoteldekho.com was decent, but not as expected. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer support.
