I recently booked a trip with PR Enterprises, LLC through their website agoodlifetravel.com and I must say it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and straightforward, but I expected more personalized customer service. The travel agent I spoke to was professional but not overly friendly. Overall, their service was decent, but nothing extraordinary.
