I had an average experience with the Bilco group. The website bilco.com.au had a decent selection of products, but I found it slightly confusing to navigate. The customer service was satisfactory, although there were some delays in response times. The quality of the products I purchased was good, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, I would consider using Bilco group again, but I believe there is room for improvement.
