I recently used Home Services Direct for some home improvement projects and overall, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, 👍 and I appreciated the variety of services they offered. However, I found the pricing to be a bit higher than expected, 🤔 especially compared to other similar companies in the market. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. While the technicians were professional and completed the work on time, I felt that the quality of the finished projects could have been better, 😕 as I noticed a few minor issues that needed addressing. Despite these drawbacks, I must acknowledge that they did respond promptly when I reached out with my concerns, which was appreciated. Overall, I would consider using them again for smaller tasks, but I would likely explore other options for larger projects in the future.
