I recently tried out the services of Grupo hegemonía and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While their website was easy to use and they have a good selection of products, the customer service was not up to par. It took several attempts to get a response and when I did, the representative wasn't very helpful. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
