💼 Just worked with this travel agency and I have mixed feelings about it. 🤔 The website looked professional and easy to navigate, so that was a plus. However, their customer service experience fell a bit short. 😕 I had to wait for quite a while before getting a response to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. 😒 On top of that, I felt like the package I booked was quite expensive for what I received. 😳 The itinerary provided was nothing out of the ordinary. 🛫 The only reason I'm rating them as average is because the trip itself was smooth and I didn't encounter any major issues. 🌍 Overall, it's an okay travel agency, but I expected a bit more considering the cost. 🤷‍♀️ They have room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and value for money.
