I have been practicing yoga for several years, and Turiya Yoga is by far one of my favorite studios. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide clear instructions. The classes are challenging yet accessible, and I always leave feeling refreshed and inspired. The studio has a peaceful ambiance and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Turiya Yoga for both beginners and experienced yogis.
