I have been using the transport services provided by Chandigarh Transport Undertaking for quite some time now. Overall, I am happy with the services they offer. The buses are comfortable and the drivers are polite. However, there are certain areas where they can improve. The company website, chandigarh.nic.in, needs to be more user-friendly and informative. Also, the ticketing system can be simplified to make it easier for passengers. Despite these minor flaws, I would still rate the company as great.
