I've been practicing at Ashtanga Yoga Liverpool for a while now and I absolutely love it. The instructors are knowledgeable and create a positive and encouraging atmosphere in every class. The studio is clean, spacious, and has a calming ambiance. I always look forward to my yoga sessions here.
