I had a mixed experience with Chasing Zest. While the website was easy to use, the customer service was lacking. Some of the products I received were not as advertised, and it took a while to get a response from their support team. However, they did resolve the issues eventually, and the quality of the products I kept was good. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
