Recently, I engaged with a brand communications company to help enhance my business's online presence. My experience with Xpr brand communications was average at best. Although their website, xpr.com.vn, provided a comprehensive overview of their services, I found their execution to be lacking. The initial meeting was promising, with the team demonstrating a good understanding of my requirements. However, as the project progressed, communication became intermittent, and deadlines were missed. The final deliverables were satisfactory but not exceptional. Although Xpr brand communications offered reasonable pricing, their performance did not match the cost. Overall, I would rate their services as average. While they possess potential, improvements in their communication and project management would greatly benefit their customers' overall experience.
