I recently hired a locksmith from this company and I have to say, I had an average experience. The technician arrived on time and was professional in his work. However, the overall customer service was lacking. The company's website looked promising, but when I called their contact number, I was put on hold for quite some time. The technician did solve my lock issue efficiently, but I felt that the cost was a bit overpriced compared to other locksmith companies in the area. Additionally, the technician didn't offer any suggestions or tips to prevent similar lockouts in the future. While I appreciate the prompt service and the technician's skills, I was left feeling underwhelmed by the overall experience.
