I recently used the services of a travel agency for my vacation and had a mixed experience. While the overall trip was decent, I faced some issues with the arrangements made by the agency. The itinerary was not as personalized as I expected and there were a few instances where I felt that my preferences were not taken into consideration. Additionally, the accommodations provided were average at best and could have been better for the price I paid. The transportation arrangements were satisfactory, but there were delays at times. Overall, although the trip was not terrible, I believe there is room for improvement in the services provided by Alresaalah travel.
