I recently booked a hotel through a popular online platform and had a terrible experience. The hotel was nothing like what was advertised and the customer service was unhelpful. However, I decided to give Hoteldekho.com a try and I'm glad I did. The website is easy to navigate and the booking process is straightforward. The rates are reasonable and the hotel options are extensive. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel I booked through Hoteldekho.com and I would definitely use their services again.
