I have been a customer of Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading PLC for the past few years and I must say that their services are just average. The electricity supply is not always reliable and there have been frequent power outages in my area. The customer support is also not very responsive and it takes a long time to get any issues resolved. Overall, I expected better service and reliability from such a prominent electricity company.
