The book 'Salt in our Blood' was a decent read. It provided some interesting insights into the life of a fisherman's wife, but I felt that it lacked depth and emotion. The author's writing style was adequate, but I didn't feel fully connected to the story. It's an okay book if you're interested in the topic, but there are better memoirs out there.
