I recently purchased some aquarium supplies from an online store. I was impressed with the quality of the products and the fast shipping. However, I had a few issues with the customer support. It took them a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would give them a 3.5 out of 5 stars.
