I've been working with Haidlmair gmbh for several years now and I must say, the experience has been average so far. Their customer service is satisfactory and the quality of their products is decent. However, there have been some instances where they have failed to meet deadlines and their communication could definitely be improved. Overall, I wouldn't say they are great, but they are not terrible either.
