I recently had the opportunity to work with 7 senses consulting and overall, my experience with them was average. The company's website was well-designed and easy to navigate, providing all the necessary information about their services. 😊 However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them longer than I expected to respond to my inquiries, and at times, I felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. 😔 Additionally, the solutions provided didn't feel as innovative as I had hoped. While they were competent in their field, I was expecting a bit more creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. 🤔 That being said, the team was professional and knowledgeable, and I appreciated their expertise. Overall, my experience with 7 senses consulting was decent, but I would have preferred a bit more attention to customer service and innovative solutions.
