CUSTOMER: I had an experience with the Depoe Bay Rural Fire District, and I must say they did a decent job. The firefighters arrived on time and resolved the issue effectively. However, the communication during the process could have been better. Overall, their service was satisfactory, and I appreciate their efforts in keeping the community safe.
