I have been a customer of R&D Healthcare, Inc. for a few years now and I have to say that their service is average. While they do deliver the products on time, the quality is not always up to par. I have had a few instances where the products were damaged or expired. Their customer service is not very proactive in resolving these issues either. Overall, I would say that there is room for improvement.
