The Ukrainian Centre for Common Ground has potential, but there is room for improvement. I attended one of their workshops, and while the facilitators had good intentions, the discussions lacked structure. It felt more like a casual conversation than a purposeful dialogue. I hope they take constructive feedback into consideration to enhance the workshop experience.
