I recently tried out a fitness program for parents with Buggyfit.de, and it was fantastic. The workouts were challenging yet manageable, and the trainers were professional and encouraging. I loved how they tailored the exercises to accommodate moms with strollers. It was a great way to stay active and bond with my baby. Highly recommend!
