I recently had the opportunity to work with a consulting company based in Brazil, and overall, I would rate my experience as average. The consultants at Mbs consult were knowledgeable and professional, providing me with the guidance and expertise I needed. However, I did feel that the communication could have been more prompt and transparent. It sometimes took longer than expected to receive updates on the progress of my project, which led to some frustration. Nevertheless, the final deliverables were of satisfactory quality, and the team was open to addressing any concerns or issues that arose during the process. While there is room for improvement in terms of communication, I appreciate the efforts made by Mbs consult to meet my needs and deliver a satisfactory outcome.
