I had a mixed experience with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. While some aspects were excellent, others fell short. The website was easy to navigate and provided a lot of useful information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
