Centro de Pilates y Fisioterapia La Manga is a hidden gem! The instructors are fantastic and create a supportive and motivating environment. The studio is fully equipped and well-maintained. I have noticed significant improvements in my strength and flexibility since I started attending classes here. Can't recommend it enough! 😊
