I have been banking with them for quite some time now and have had a positive experience overall. The website is user-friendly and their online banking platform is reliable. I appreciate the competitive interest rates they offer on their savings accounts. However, I would like to see more options for mobile banking. Overall, my experience with Northpointe Bank has been good and I would rate them as average.
