The communication from the instructors was also minimal, making it difficult to track my child's progress. Additionally, the customer support was slow to respond to inquiries and didn't provide satisfactory solutions. Overall, I appreciate the effort to tailor education to individual needs, but the company needs to improve their technical infrastructure and provide more engaging content to truly deliver on their promise.
