I recently had solar panels installed by Nor-cal energy pros and I am pleased with their service. While the installation process was relatively smooth, I found their customer service to be average. There were a few instances where I had to follow up and clarify certain aspects of the installation. Overall, the quality of their work was good, but I feel that their customer service could have been better.
