I recently purchased a pool from this company and I must say, I had a mixed experience. The installation process was fairly smooth, with the team arriving on time and completing the job within the promised timeline. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. The staff seemed a bit unresponsive and it took longer than expected to get my questions answered. Additionally, I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side compared to other pool companies in the area. On the plus side, the pool itself is of good quality and I'm happy with how it looks in my backyard. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. 😐
