I am a CUSTOMER and I have had an average experience with Swiss Farms. The quality of their products is decent, but nothing extraordinary. The prices are also reasonable compared to other similar stores. However, their customer service could use some improvement. The staff is not always friendly or helpful. Overall, it's an okay place to shop, but there are better options out there.
