I would rate Power Brake Exchange, Inc. as average. Their customer service was satisfactory, and the brake repair service was done on time. However, the quality of the work was just average. I had to bring my car back to them a few times to fix some issues that weren't resolved properly in the first place. Overall, an average experience.
