I had a somewhat positive experience with Flood Communications. Their customer service was decent, but the overall quality of their work could have been better. The website they developed for us had a few bugs and took longer than expected to complete. However, they were willing to fix the issues and were receptive to our feedback. For these reasons, I would rate them as average.
