I was not entirely satisfied with the coaching I received from Life Coach Agency. While they had good intentions, I felt that the approach was not well-suited to my needs. The sessions lacked depth, and I didn't see much progress. It's disappointing, but I understand that coaching is not a one-size-fits-all solution.
