Sora Japanese Restaurant has become my favorite sushi spot in town. The quality of their sushi is unmatched, the rice is perfectly seasoned, and the fish is incredibly fresh. I also appreciate the attention to detail in the plating, as each dish looks like a work of art. The service is always friendly and efficient. I highly recommend trying their specialty rolls and sashimi. You won't be disappointed!
