I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of a coating company, and I came across Piedmont Industrial Coatings, Inc. I must say, my experience with them was fairly average. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information about their services. However, the customer service was not exceptional, as it took a bit longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. Additionally, while the quality of the coating on my project was decent, it didn't necessarily stand out from other companies I have worked with in the past. On the positive side, the pricing was competitive and the project was completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. Overall, my experience with Piedmont Industrial Coatings, Inc. was neither outstanding nor disappointing – just average.
