Berks Industrial Supply is an average company with decent products and services. I have been a customer for a few years now and overall I have had a satisfactory experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they are always willing to help. However, there have been a few instances where I faced some delays in getting my orders delivered. Hopefully, they can improve on that. But other than that, I would say they are an average company to work with.
