I recently had the opportunity to use Base 3's services and found them to be fairly average. The website was straightforward and easy to navigate, providing the necessary information I needed. However, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. The customer service was lacking in responsiveness and seemed disinterested in addressing my inquiries. Additionally, the product I received was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I felt that the company could have put more effort into delivering a stellar service. On the positive side, their pricing was competitive and they delivered within the promised timeframe. While Base 3 is an acceptable option for basic needs, I wouldn't consider them as a go-to company for outstanding service or products that would truly impress.
