I must say, I wasn't impressed with the bison products I ordered from the Canadian Bison Association. The meat was a bit tough and lacked flavor. It was nothing exceptional. However, the customer service was good, and the delivery was prompt. Perhaps it was just my personal taste preferences, but I expected more from them.
