I have mixed feelings about the wood I purchased from Certified Wood Products, Inc. On one hand, the quality of the wood was good and it was delivered on time. On the other hand, I found a couple of boards that had some minor defects. The staff was responsive when I reached out to them about this issue and offered to replace the defective pieces. While I appreciate their willingness to make things right, I feel that the quality control could have been better. Overall, I had an average experience with Certified Wood Products, Inc.
